    Hello!
I have tried to transfer money to another bank but it doesn’t appear on my account, and it always says “This feature is temporary unavailable”. What shall I do on this?

Try again at another time. I tried it yesterday and it worked. I transferred money from my BPI online account to a Landbank account without any issues. I was even surprised that there was no fee. The last time I transferred money from BPI to PNB, there was a P50 fee.

  2. Ma. Violeta Macariola says:

May I know if the money I transfer to BPI current account will be credited to my Account No.?
The cashier told me I should follow the 12 numbers but when I transfer thru mobile banking it is invalid.

I’m sorry Ma’am, we don’t have any access to your account. It would be best to contact BPI Hotline or visit the nearest BPI branch for your inquiry.
