In BPI Online, you can transfer funds to:
- Own Account – Personal BPI accounts under your name
- 3rd Party Account – Other People or Company’s BPI accounts
- Another Bank – Selected Banks other than BPI
I. BPI Online Transfer: From BPI to Own BPI Account
A. How to Transfer Money from BPI Save-up to BPI Savings Account (Own Accounts)
- Go to bpi.com.ph
- Enter your Username and Password to Login.
- Click Transfer Money.
- Select the account where you want to transfer from.
- Enter the Amount that you want to transfer.
- Select “Transfer to Own Account”.
- Select the account where you want to transfer to.
- Notes is optional. You can write something like “My Week 1 Allowance”.
- Review the details.
- Click Confirm.
- Check your BPI accounts to check your current balance.
II. BPI Online Transfer: From BPI to Another BPI Account
A. How to Transfer Money to Unenrolled 3rd Party Accounts via QR Code (No Fee)
- Go to bpi.com.ph
- Enter your Username and Password to Login.
- How to Generate a QR Code
- Click Other Services
- Click QR Generator.
- Select the account where you want to create QR code.
- Enter a Nickname.
- Click Generate.
- Save your QR Code in your phone or computer.
- You can send or share this QR code to the sender who prefers to transfer money to your account via QR code.
- How to Send Money via QR Code
- Click Transfer Money.
- Select the account where you want to transfer from.
- Enter the Amount that you want to transfer.
- Select “Transfer to 3rd Party”.
- Under Transfer to, click the QR Code symbol.
- Select/open the QR Code of the account where you want to transfer money to.
- The account number will appear. Check the last 3 digits to verify if it’s the correct account.
- Notes is optional. You can write something like “Macey’s Week 1 Allowance”.
- Click Next.
- Review the details.
- Click Confirm.
- Enter your OTP or One-Time Password which will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Click Submit.
- Check your BPI accounts to check your current balance
B. How to Transfer Money to Enrolled 3rd Party Accounts (No Fee)
- Go to bpi.com.ph
- Enter your Username and Password to Login.
- Click Transfer Money.
- Select the account where you want to transfer from.
- Enter the Amount that you want to transfer.
- Select “Transfer to 3rd Party”.
- Under Transfer To, click the Contact Book symbol beside the QR code symbol.
- Under Enrolled Accounts, Select the account where you want to transfer money to.
- Notes is optional. You can write something like “Mom’s Allowance”.
- Click Next.
- Review the details.
- Click Confirm.
- Enter your OTP or One-Time Password which will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Check your BPI account to check your current balance.
C. How to Transfer Money to Unenrolled 3rd Party Accounts (With Fee)
- Go to bpi.com.ph
- Enter your Username and Password to Login.
- Click Transfer Money.
- Select the account where you want to transfer from.
- Enter the Amount that you want to transfer.
- Select “Transfer to 3rd Party”.
- Under Transfer to, Enter the 3rd Party Account Number.
- Click Transfer to Unenrolled (10-Digit Account Number)
- Notes is optional. You can write something like “Macey’s Tuition Fee”.
- Click Next.
- Review the details.
- Note: For the FEE, the recent transfer fund transaction I had was P9,000 and the fee was only P10.
- Click Confirm.
- Enter your OTP or One-Time Password which will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Check your BPI account to check your current balance.
III. BPI Online Transfer: From BPI to Other Banks
A. How to Transfer Money from BPI to PNB
- Go to bpi.com.ph
- Enter your Username and Password to Login.
- Click Transfer Money.
- Select the account where you want to transfer from.
- Enter the Amount that you want to transfer.
- Select “Transfer to Another Bank”.
- Select the Bank from the drop-down options.
- Select Philippine National Bank (PNB)
- Take note of the Transfer Fee. In the video above, the transfer fee is P50.
- Enter the Account Number and Account Name.
- Notes is optional. You can write something like “Cake Payment”.
- Click Next.
- Review the details.
- Click Confirm.
- Enter your OTP or One-Time Password which will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Is there a fee to transfer money in BPI Online Banking?

- Yes, you can transfer funds in BPI Online anytime and anywhere. It means you can transfer money even beyond office hours and on weekends.
Is there a limit to how much money you can transfer to another account for every transaction?
- Yes. Right now the limit is P50,000 per transaction per day.
Would I know if the funds were successfully transferred?
- Yes. You will receive a confirmation of your recent transactions on your registered email address.
Is BPI Online Banking safe and secure?
- Yes. According to BPI’s website, BPI Online Banking is highly SECURE.
- BPI Online Banking requires the use of User ID and password that you nominate upon enrollment.
- BPI online banking session is automatically terminated after you have left it idle for 5 minutes.
- All communications between your computer and BPI are encrypted using a high-level protocol called Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
- The information that you send to BPI passes through a firewall. A firewall is a computer program designed to stop unauthorized users from accessing your accounts.

I have tried to transfer money to another bank but it doesn’t appear on my account, and it always says “This feature is temporary unavailable”. What shall I do on this?
Try again at another time. I tried it yesterday and it worked. I transferred money from my BPI online account to a Landbank account without any issues. I was even surprised that there was no fee. The last time I transferred money from BPI to PNB, there was a P50 fee.
May I know if the money I transfer to BPI current account will be credited to my Account No.?
